Our dental treatments
Examination
A routine examination provides an overall picture of your oral health: medical and dental history, a clinical check of teeth and soft tissues, and X-rays when indicated. The goal is to detect issues early and create a clear plan for further care. Appointments typically take 20–40 minutes.
Fillings (restorations)
Caries and minor fractures are treated with composite, shaped and light-cured to restore function and aesthetics. For small or temporary restorations, glass ionomer may be used. Treatment is carried out under local anaesthesia for comfort.
Periodontal treatment (gum disease)
We diagnose with periodontal probing and X-rays, improve oral hygiene, and remove bacterial deposits and calculus. When needed, deeper root surface debridement and closer follow-up are planned. The aim is to halt disease activity and preserve your teeth.
Root canal treatment
When the dental nerve is inflamed or infected, the tissue is removed, the canals are cleaned, and the root is sealed to prevent reinfection. The tooth is rebuilt with a filling; teeth with extensive damage may require a crown for strength. The goal is pain relief and preserving your natural tooth.
Oral surgery
We perform surgical procedures such as tooth extractions (including impacted wisdom teeth) and minor soft- and hard-tissue interventions. Procedures are carefully planned and performed under local anaesthesia, with clear pre- and postoperative instructions. Indications include pain, infection, crowding, or fractures.
Prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures)
Prosthetic treatment replaces damaged or missing teeth with fixed solutions (crowns/bridges) or removable dentures. Planning is based on function, aesthetics, and your daily needs, in close collaboration with a dental laboratory. The goal is stable function, a precise fit, and a natural appearance.
Occlusal splints (bite guards)
A custom-made splint protects teeth during grinding or clenching and relieves muscles and jaw joints. It can reduce wear, headaches, and morning soreness. Treatment is often combined with self-care advice and follow-up.
Implants
Dental implants replace a missing tooth with a titanium fixture anchored in the jawbone; after healing, an abutment and crown are fitted. Careful radiographic planning, good oral hygiene, and regular maintenance are essential for long-term success. Implants can also support bridges or stabilise dentures.
Emergency dental care
We help with severe toothache, swelling/infection, trauma, fractures, and dislodged fillings or crowns. The focus is rapid pain relief and preventing complications, followed by a plan for continued care. Contact us and we will guide you to the next available emergency appointment.
